During my recent stay at Citadines Cebu City, I had a enjoyable experience. The staff were pretty good too make me feel welcomed and attended to my needs with great care. The cleanliness of the hotel room was really good and the pool offered a fine view of the city. The breakfast, while not extraordinary, had a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was also ideal, with great amenities within the room. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

We loved the spacious rooms with a kitchen, the excellent breakfast by Abaca, and the large swimming pool with city views.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and always remembered my name, providing great service throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to a nearby supermarket and mall. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a rice cooker. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff were all great.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! The location is very convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - they even offered to bring breakfast up to my room when I missed it one morning. The infinity pool was absolutely stunning, with fresh towels provided and snacks available. My room was huge, clean and had all brand new furniture. I had a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed and appreciated the modern amenities like the flat-screen TV and kitchenette.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay - the service was excellent and the staff really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

The hotel was in a convenient location, with various stores on site and free underground parking making everything much easier. The staff was lovely and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and clean. the on-site restaurant offered a variety of local and international foods, catering to different tastes. The swimming pool provided a beautiful view of the city, and we were able to enjoy it without it being overcrowded.
The hotel lacked a restaurant or a place to relax by the lobby, which was not a major issue for us, but it's something to keep in mind.

Clean, modern room with nice shower and body lotion. Great views of the city and comfortable bed. Excellent facilities, including wifi. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location with supermarket and 24-hour convenience store on the ground floor. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Great location, with plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. Friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk. The executive one bedroom room was fantastic, with a spacious layout, kitchen facilities, and even a washer/dryer combo. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of options and a discount for hotel guests.
Traffic in the area can be a bit problematic, especially during weekdays. Some rooms have smaller twin beds, which may be uncomfortable for some guests.
